SEAMLESS GUTTER WARRANTY

Custom Fit Gutter, Inc. "Custom Fit" warrants to the original purchaser of all Custom Fit seamless aluminum gutters the following for a five-year period:

·   any painted aluminum products will be free of painting defects including cracking, peeling, or chipping.

·    workmanship on any Custom Fit installed seamless aluminum gutter product will be free of defects and maintain proper function during the warranty period.

This warranty shall remain in effect only if the gutter system has not been subject to conditions beyond Custom Fit’s control such as, but not limited to, accidental damage, extreme weather conditions, acts of nature, improper use of caustic chemicals and foundation settling.

In addition, the painted aluminum material is warranted for an additional 45 years on a prorated Limited basis.

All claims must be submitted in writing to Custom Fit promptly after discovery of the claimed defect and during the warranty period.  Claims should include the name, address and phone number of the purchaser and the original date of installation.  All claims should be mailed to:  Custom Fit Gutter, Inc., attn: warranty department, P.O.
